Limited Liability Company (LLC)
Montenegrin: Društvo sa ograničenom odgovornošću (DOO)
- Common for small and medium-sized businesses
- Can be founded by one or more persons or legal entities
- Managed by one or more directors; no board required
- Minimum share capital: EUR 1
- Founding act (decision or agreement) notarized
- Registration with the CRPS
- LLC is liable for its obligations with its entire property
- Members are liable only up to their contribution
- LLC pays corporate profit tax, and the rate is progressive (from 9% to 15%)
